Job Details
Chartered Building Surveyor required for a multi-disciplinary practice in Sevenoaks, paying £45,000+.

Your new role
As a Building Surveyor looking to progress to Chartership you will confident in running projects and part of the way through your APC. The projects you will work on are mainly Education projects, residential refurbishment and some MOD work with values anywhere between £3m - £4m. You will look after smaller projects initially and then take on larger projects in the coming months.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need previous experience in contract admin, specification writing, building surveys, remodelling and refurbishment work. You will have excellent customer service skills and be competent in front of Clients.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a salary of £45,000 + depending on experience. Full support through the final stages of your APC and a generous benefit package. There is free parking available at the offices. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.45 - 5.15.
