This is a unique opportunity to join a small private property investment company who currently hold assets worth in excess of £300m. The company are looking for a dynamic qualified surveyor who has a proven track record of managing central London commercial assets.

Your new role

Commercial Property Management Surveyor responsible for a medium sized commercial office portfolio located across central London. The role will see the successful candidate complete day to day property management across the portfolio, you will take responsibility for service charge budgets, reconciliations and landlord & tenant matters. There will also be opportunities to assist the asset managers when seeking ways to "improve value".

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Qualified is preferable however not essential. Prior experience and a proven track record when managing multi-tenanted commercial office buildings will be essential. Service charge budgeting experience, tenant management and client facing abilities are all relevant attributes.
