£50,000 - £55,000 + car allowance

The Duchy is passionate about the management of buildings on its rural estates and we are looking for a building surveyor to join a small professional team who excel in delivering the highest standards of building design, refurbishment and maintenance.

The Duchy’s property portfolio is extraordinary: with a mix of residential, agricultural and commercial buildings, many of which are of historic importance and architectural interest. We also work with some amazing people and have an important relationship with over 1000 tenants.

Applicants will need to be qualified members of the RICS with not less than 5 years relevant professional experience, ideally in a rural environment.

The position provides a great opportunity for career development and progression with the Duchy of Cornwall.

Based at newly converted premises in a beautiful rural location in east Cornwall, the work also covers the rural estates in Devon and the Isles of Scilly, providing an opportunity to reside in a glorious part of the country.
