Associate Building Surveyor

The Role:

Working on predominantly commercial properties for a client list that includes some of the biggest banks, investment funds and household names.

You will join a successful team that is continuing to grow following recent investment; there will be responsibility to help with the training of more junior candidates as well.

Whilst the professional skills be important for this role, a surveyor that has extensive experience with working on projects will be looked upon favourably.

Candidates:

Knowledge of the UK market and experience of working on a range of projects/surveys across multiple sectors will be imperative.

Being able to win new business and develop client relationships will be an important aspect to this role. Any new clients that can be brought with you will be desirable.

MRICS status is a must for this role.

They are offering a salary of £65k+ with a good bonus structure as well.
