Seeking a first job in the industry or somewhere that will offer a better structure for you to learn your trade?
With the opportunity to learn from directors that have helped numerous graduates start out in the industry you will be developing your practical experience from day one. This will be combined with regular APC training in order to get your MRICS.
Majority of the work will be around condition surveys and contract administration initially but this will be developed in to party wall, dilapidations and working on larger projects.
A RICS accredited degree with be required. Certainly a great role to kick-start your career.
