QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COST MANAGER

New opportunity for a highly articulate Quantity Surveyor to join a small boutique team based in Marylebone, London. This well established consultancy is busier than ever, directors and staff have a proven track record of successfully managing and completing property and construction projects for a wide variety of clients and companies around the world.

Essential Knowledge and Experience:
The team are looking for a client facing Project Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with pre and post contract experience, strong negotiation skills, excellent relationship building skills and stakeholder management experience. A successful candidate will offer a team player attitude, great enthusiasm and a desire to succeed!

It is vital that you can offer both technical and interpersonal skills; this role will require you to have a key focus on keeping team spirit and getting the job done to the highest of standards.

Qualifications:
* A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
* MRICS or working towards APC
