QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COST MANAGER (MRICS)
Central London Location
£50,000 - £65,000 + package
An awarding winning consultancy are seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to deliver commercial management services for a variety of commercial and residential projects in central London, and to act as an ambassador with their clients. The consultancy is well established and has a strong team unit offering a social culture, and a clear pathway for progression to Director level.
This role is perfect for a Quantity Surveyor that has achieved MRICS status, whether it was a recent achievement or you are 0-5 years post chartership, and someone with proven consultancy experience in the UK construction market.
With strong negotiation skills and the ability to get the best out of clients and colleagues alike, this is a role suited to someone who is highly articulate and highly driven.

Knowledge and Requirements:
* BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
* MRICS is essential
* Proven success working for a consultancy in the UK
* Commercial, residential, mixed use or retail experience will be considered
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
