Salary to £35,000 per annum plus discretionary annual bonus

Grant Fieldhouse is an expanding commercial property management firm based in central Leeds which manages a multi-million pound portfolio for corporate and private clients throughout the north of England. As a result of continuing growth in our workload we’re looking for an experienced property manager to join our team.

• Senior Surveyor/Associate Director level initially with very good opportunities for career progression including the potential for acquiring equity in the business in the future

• Working under the supervision of a senior director and as part of an established team the successful candidate will however be able to work extensively on their own initiative while possessing excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills

• You will ideally be MRICS/FRICS (or equivalent) qualified with several years relevant experience, a full UK driving licence and be confident in the use of MS office applications
