Want to be involved with projects that are a little different to your run of the mill consultancy work?
Join a team that is looking to bring communities together in a vibrant way. By working with councils, architects and members of the local area this role is to help bring unused properties and areas to life. With well-known projects across London you could be a part of the next 'go to' event in London.
Your role would include the delivery of future projects from inception to completion, these are typically around £2million in value. Key skills will include contract administration, experience in commercial or mixed use projects and an ability to work independently with minimal support.
Based in London and offering a salary of £40-50k this is a great role to develop yourself as a project manager whilst working on a wide variety of projects.
