Senior Building Surveyor
Manchester
Leading independent, multi-professional consultancy practice is looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor in their Manchester office.
You will be carrying out surveys, inspections, schedules etc. and be responsible for the overall management of schemes in the region. Projects will focus mostly on the public sector; education, healthcare, blue light, defence, utilities.
The role provides an exciting opportunity to develop within a small but dynamic team, supported by a medium-sized multi-disciplinary consultancy.
You will have some project management experience of building maintenance work, refurbishment and alterations of existing buildings and contract administration experience (JCT / NEC3).
