Interim Building Surveyor

A progressive local authority are keen to bring on board an experienced Building Surveyor. Reporting to the Head of Projects your remit will include full surveying duties across the councils corporate portfolio. You will ideally be expereienced in:

-Defect diagnosis,

- Specifcation writing

- Contract adminsitration

You will be involved in all new development and capital works so full cycle project management experience is prefered.
