Chartered Valuation Surveyor - Bristol (Hospitality)

Currently seeking a Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join a market leading commercial property agency in Bristol.

My client is an established firm who operate successfully across the commercial property sector. A brilliant opportunity has arisen in the valuations department to join this dynamic and friendly team. There are some great opportunities at this firm, many of the Directors started off as graduates and have effectively progressed.

This role is to undertake valuations of trading businesses and properties within the Hospitality sector in the South West from Bristol. You'll also be required to business develop existing and new clients, so a proven track record is advantageous.

Requirements;

· MRICS

· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

· IT skills

· Knowledge of trade sector and current market trends

· Report preparation skills
