Interim Commercial Property Manager

An ambitious public sector organisation with beautiful surroundings is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their Property Team to undertake all aspects of estate management.

Your Role

• Manage a portfolio which is both significant in size and diversity including operational and non-operational investment assets
• Strategically manage the portfolio to maximise income, support employment and balance the risk to the council
• You will have significant contribution towards growing the portfolio undertaking acquisitions and disposals
• Agree lease and licence terms
• Carry out rent reviews and lease renewals
• Day to day management of existing assets alongside the team, including landlord and tenant matters

About you

• Ideally you will be MRICS and be able to demonstrate experience within commercial property management
• You will be at an advantage if you can demonstrate a knowledge of landlord and tenant tasks such as lease renewals
