Job Details
An opportunity based in a rich heritage part of the West Mids. has arisen for an experienced Estates Surveyor to deal with a caseload of work within the Commercial Property Team.
You will be managing a mixed use commercial property portfolio, undertaking estate management, with the objective of maximising the income of the portfolio.
Your role will include:
Undertaking day to day management of an extensive and diverse estate including lettings, renewals, lease restructures, rent reviews, covenant variations and waivers, dilapidation's, encroachments and boundary disputes
This will be a full time role but for the right candidate, this client will offer flexibility in your working arrangements.
About you:
- Ideally you will be MRICS and/or hold a relevant estate management degree
- It is desirable if you have a strong knowledge/understanding of the public sector
