About the Role:
Our client is looking for an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor, with proven experience in delivering challenging projects to complement the rapidly growing team in there London office. As well as high profile residential and commercial new build projects your work will also encompass student accommodation, hotels, retail and large industrial units. This is a client facing role enabling you to lead from the front, freedom to manage the delivery your projects deferring to Associate or Director Level for support on larger projects.

About You:
Ideally you will be Chartered - MRICS and possess a wealth of experience in providing high quality quantity surveying/commercial management in relevant sectors for a consultancy. Suitable candidates will relish the opportunity to join a highly successful, growing team and you will be ready to embrace larger project responsibility. You should therefore evidence your ability to influence and successfully deliver within a client facing role. The confidence to work autonomously is essential. Employers Agent experience is advantageous.
