Hays are working in partnership with an independent firm of Chartered Valuation Surveyors and Estate Agents to recruit a Graduate Surveyor on a permanent basis. Established as one of Belfast's most highly regarded independent agents, the practice services include: Property Sales, Property Letting and Management, Market Value Reports, RICS Survey and Valuation, Probate and Matrimonial Valuation, Builder/ Developer Advice and Consultation and Expert Witness Service for Property litigation.

Your new role
Due to increased work flow, my client is looking to add a Graduate Surveyor to their residential team. If you are not yet chartered but are looking to sit your APC, my client can offer structured training to support this. The role will involve undertaking home reports and mortgage valuations for local and national clients.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in a surveying practice; Chartered or soon to be; Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; Knowledge of Belfast area will be highly looked upon but not essential.
