Maintenance Supervisor / Facilities Manager - Aberdeen - £40,000 - £45,000 DOE + Car

A new job has arisen with a global multi-disciplinary consultancy offer Property, Surveying, Corporate and Facilities Management services to clients across the globe. This consultancy have a big presence in Aberdeen's commercial marketplace and provide FM services to a number of high profile clients operating in the area.

Your new role
You'll supervise a team of skilled employees, sub-contractors and ensure the efficient delivery of statutory Planned/Cyclical and reactive maintenance work across the client's estate. These buildings are predominately commercial office spaces and plant production buildings. Space planning for commercial office moves may be required.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience working in an out-sourced FM environment, working with CAFM systems and meeting SLA's. You'll have experience managing engineers and supervising various planned and reactive maintenance work done on site. A trade background is essential and ideally with an electrical bias. You will be driven to progress within this organisation and be ambitious in nature to further your career with one of the worlds leading consultancies. You'll also have a DVLA licence as a company car will be provided.
