Building Surveyor (APC Support) - Birmingham
£25k - £30k + Bens
The Company:
Based in West London my client is recognised as a leading employer of Building Surveyors and other property professionals. Working within Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Retail and Health Care sectors an increase in project load has seen an urgent need for a commercially aware APC Building Surveyor to join it's successful team.
Duties:
A completely varied position, you will work as part of a team of 5 conducting a range of Professional Services including Building Surveys, Party Walls servicing, Defects Analysis, Contracts Administration, Dilapidations and more - all while working on your APC to Chartered level. The role will also allow you to develop your Project Management experience while increasing your exposure to client and relationship development.
Experience:
To be considered, my client is seeking a Graduate calibre Building Surveyor to have a minimum of 12 months experience, ideally within a Consultancy and working towards MRICS Chartership.
