Hays Property & Surveying are currently representing a leading UK Real Estate consultancy who are actively recruiting for a Surveyor level MRICS Corporate Real Estate property manager to assist with a major national occupier account.

Your new role

MRICS Surveyor - Corporate Real Estate (National Retail Occupier Client)

This is an opportunity for an MRICS Qualified property surveyor who is keen to progress their career within a leading property consultancy. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to provide client facing corporate property management services based from the London, West End office. The role will incorporate management of all Landlord & Tenant instructions including rent reviews, lease expiries and break options, regular portfolio inspections, management of service charges, management of disposals & acquisitions and proactive identification of added value add opportunities such as lease re-gears.

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS Qualifications Essential
• A strong track record / reputation within the occupier services markets, with retails & commercial management experience
