Associate Director / Director Valuation Surveying Job, Leading General Practice Firm, London, £75,000-£80,000

This is an opportunity for an Associate Director who is looking to progress to Director level within a leading global real estate advisory firm.

Your new role

Valuation Director

There is a requirement for an MRICS RICS Registered Valuer with over 3 years PQE. The role will focus on loan security & bank lending valuations primarily for banks however property portfolio valuations may be required for accounts purposes. The organisation are expecting the successful applicant to general high levels of new business, drive fees and champion customer service.

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS Registered Valuer Status
• Strong Business Development Skills
• The ability to manage and support graduate APC surveyors
• Significant market knowledge of the UK Office and industrial markets
• Strong market presence & existing client base
• Experience using various Argus platforms & Excel
