Equity Partner & Team Leader (to £120,000 plus shares, bonus and package)
An international project and cost management consultancy is currently recruiting a Partner within their project management division, which currently delivers projects for some of the UK’s most prestigious developers, funds and end users.
Candidates should have an excellent understanding of the London property and development industry, and have an exceptional track record delivering commercial new build projects on time and to budget for either a consultancy, developer or main contractor. They should be familiar with team management, business development, key account/ client management and business strategy.
The appointed individual is likely to be operating in a similar role currently, but seeking a new challenge in a dynamic, proactive and rewarding environment.
