About The Company

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the top Property Management Consultancy in the UK, listed on the London Stock Exchange. This firm has numerous offices in the UK and internationally, and offers specialist Property Management services worldwide.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Property Management services to prestigious institutional clients. You will specalise in the management of large commercial offices. This role is highly client facing and social.

This service includes but is not limited to;

• Managing and building relationships between the tenants and clients.
• Managing rental income and service charge budgets
• Make sure tenants comply with lease obligations
• Providing regular reports to clients on the property management service
• Other ad hoc duties when the role requires

About You

- Preferably MRICS

- Ideally 4 years Commercial Property Management experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- A team player with a 'can do' attitude
