Project Manager - Woking Office
Salary - £50k - £58k
Amida are recruiting on behalf of a Leading Independent construction and property consultancy. They need a Project Manager to join a small team based in Woking, Surrey.
Currently they are working on a mixed use £300m scheme that includes 400 residential units in two 30+ storey towers, 200 bed hotel above retail accommodation & new public realm. This project is already on site and due for centre opening Q4 2020 with the residential completion the following Spring.
You need to be:
- Experience of operating construction contracts
- Experience of delivering residential accommodation
- Knowledge of construction techniques
- Willingness to be site based in Woking until Spring 2021
We are seeking a Project Manager with 6-9 years post grad experience, some of which could be with a contractor but must have consultancy experience too.
