Graduate Building Surveyor

Salary: Band 7 - Band 9 £23,866 - £34,105p.a.  (Progression through bands subject to successful completion of relevant level professional competencies)

Job type/hours: 37 hours per week flexi-time

We are looking for a person to join our repairs and maintenance teams with good building surveying knowledge. Any relevant surveying experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Candidates must be enthusiastic, good communicators, display attention to detail and be keen to develop their building surveying skills. You will supported and have opportunities within the teams to gain more surveying experience whilst working towards becoming chartered with the RICS as a professionally qualified Building Surveyor.
