Job Details
A South East based client is looking for a Chartered Estates Surveyor to join their commercial and corporate property portfolio covering a greater London remit.
You will be dealing with day to day property management in order to maximise opportunities by undertaking:
- Landlord and tenant
- Asset valuations
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
This is likely to be a rolling contract.
Ideally you will be/have:
- MRICS
- 5+ year's PQE in estate management or a similar degree
- A valid driving license
