Living in the SW or looking at relocating to the area? Here is a role for a Chartered Building Surveyor to be based out of Bristol.
As a Building Surveyor you will be carrying out professional skills and so experience in any of the following will be useful; contract administration, TDD, dilapidations, party wall surveys and condition surveys. These would range between £100k up to £1million.
As for project work you could expect to be involved with monitoring and refurbishments from £8million all the way to £25million.
You will be joining a strong team that has experience in all fields of surveying so there will always be support no matter the issue, there is also the opportunity to act as mentor to graduate surveyors.
Being a well-known name in the Bristol area and the support of being a part of a consultancy that operates successfully across the country there is no shortage in work.
Remuneration would be looking at circa £35-45k alongside a bonus and a collection of other perks.
