Synopsis: This regional consultancy is currently experiencing a period of growth and is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent.

Salary:£60,000 - £70,000 plus car allowance and benefits

About the Senior Employers Agent / Project Manager Company:

This company is a well established construction consultancy that offers their clients Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Health & safety and Architectural services on a wide range of projects. They operate primarily within the new build Housing Association market but also within the both commercial and public sectors as well.

About the Senior Employers Agent / Project Manager Opportunity:

As the successful Employers Agent you will be working on new build housing projects among a range of exciting projects. Mainly they provide services for new build housing, ranging from affordable to high quality, but they also provide services in the education and commercial sectors. The experience needed for this role could be either Employers Agent or Project Management so that you can adapt to their clients needs as these projects can range from £2 million all the way to £150 million. You will be reporting directly to the partner.

Requirements for the Senior Employers Agent / Project Manager:

-Experience working in a Consultancy environment

-Good all round knowledge and ability

-MRICS or MAPM is a strong advantage
