Job Details
Due to continued success and growing business demands they currently have a vacancy for a Building Surveyor who will be part of the busy Surveying Department working on a great variety of property types predominantly within the Residential, Commercial and Educational sectors.
There are 2 offices to choose from either in Birmingham or in the Cambridgeshire area.
The successful candidate will be a Graduate with around 2 years of industry experience in the role of Assistant or Graduate Building Surveyor working on projects and with a working knowledge of the following areas: Condition Surveys, Measured Surveys, producing drawings for Tender issues on projects, Specifications for Projects, assisting in Contract Admin and Project Management duties and Fire Risk Assessments.
They will also consider someone already enrolled on the APC looking for continued support on various sectors to complete their competencies and increase their knowledge.
