Chartered Quantity Surveyor (PQS background)

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a CONTRACT Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a firm of PQS to work on residential projects.

You will need to be able to look after your own projects.

You must have been working for a firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants and have good pre and post contract experience.

THE CLIENT

Our client is a successful firm of consultants offering clients quantity surveying and project management services.

THE CANDIDATE

I am now seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor on a CONTRACT basis who is MRICS qualified.

You should be able to run your own projects from inception to completion.

You should be from recently chartered to Associate level.

Previous experience of working on residential projects is required for this contract role.

This is for mid to lower price multi unit residential projects.

You will need to have a good Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar and you must have worked for another firm of private practice quantity surveyors or multi disciplinary consultants.

You will be involved in both Pre and Post Contract duties.

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will deal directly with clients.

You can work on an hourly or daily rate and rate is negotiable according to experience.
