Senior Surveyor - Occupier Services

A well-established, leading commercial property consultancy in the Thames Valley is looking for a qualified Surveyor to join the Professional team, in a role combining Commercial Property Management and other professional services.

My client is a market leading consultancy, offering an extensive range of commercial property services across Office, Retail and Industrial sectors. You will be joining a sociable team, working out of a spacious open plan office in the heart of Reading which offers superb rail links from London and surrounding areas.

Working for a SME with a flat, progressive hierarchical structure, you will be an appreciated member of the team and can expect to play a key role in the success of the business in a varied and exciting position where no two days will be the same.

Your duties will include managing leases, undertaking rent review, lease renewals & surrenders, assisting with acquisitions and disposals, advising on landlord and tenant enquiries and managing commercial property. You will also be advising clients on strategy, business rates and more.

We are looking for a qualified (MRICS), client facing individual, ideally with at least 3 years' experience who has a thorough knowledge of UK commercial leases and their application. You also will need to have a full UK driving license for this position.
