Document Control - 12 Month Contract

£16 - £18 per hour.

I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading Engineering Consultancy to secure an experienced Document Controller for a 12 month contract. My client is renowned for inconic projects and major construction developments in London. They are influential in todays market and are currently looking for a Document Controller to join their next greatest scheme. Could it be you?

The Role

The Document Control will be working on a major pharmaceutical design and construction development based near Hertfordshire. Your role will be split between Document Control and ad hoc support to Project Managers. The Document Controller will join the team and compelt the project to handover.

• Document and maintain all project protocols and processes
• Assure all protocols are complaint with security requirements
• Carry out quality checks and maintain document systems
• Manage all filing systems
• Distribute incoming and outgoing documentation
• Ad hoc assistance to PMs

Requirements

• Strong experience as Document Control
• Strong experience with document management systems
• Flexible attitude to provide ad hoc support to PMs as required
• Self starter and team player
• Attention to detail, compient nature, accuray
