General Practice - Building Surveyor

We have a couple of opportunities to join our growing business based in the South of England. Ideally you will be RICS qualified or near completion and have some post qualified experience although this is not essential for recent graduates

As we are a fluid business we are happy to consider people from a variety of backgrounds but knowledge of the following areas is preferred:

• Residential and Commercial valuations and Homebuyers Reports;
• Building-Condition Surveys and pre-purchase  
• Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations.
• Evolving new lines of business and enhancing existing business lines;

Personally you will be a proactive self-motivated individual that aspires to build on their career and continually looks to grow and maintain existing skill sets; you will of course possess excellent communication and client liaison skills along with competent IT and organisational abilities

Working between our Chichester and Portsmouth offices you will need to be flexible with the demands of a growing business

Remuneration Package

• Competitive Salary based on experience;
• Performance related bonus (TBA);
• Annual leave - 25 days, plus public holidays

Working hours are usually 9:00am – 5:00pm
