Chartered Building Surveyor
Location – Oxford

A superb platform has been created for a chartered building surveyor, who has the charisma and drive to help develop and join a significant service line for a well-established consultancy.
The business provides a full range of construction and property services from its Oxford office and their Nationwide network. The workload of the building surveying department is commercially focused, dealing with a full range of project and professional duties on behalf of Landlords and Occupiers.
The opportunity is for a chartered building surveyor with a minimum of 1 years PQE who is commercially focused and client facing. You will assist the partner in charge, in helping identify new business opportunities, whilst playing a vital role in managing and nurturing existing client relationships. You will be expected to provide professional services on occasion, though will mainly deliver a project focused solution whether that be acting as project manager or contract administrator.
There is a clear track of progression with the only obstacles being performance and value added.
You will have a degree in building surveying or a related technical discipline. Be a chartered building surveyor with the RICS. It is essential that you have a good breadth of experience within Professional and Project duties within commercial sectors. You will have a solid track record, have a strong technical background and committed to being the best. This is a significant platform for those wishing to hopefully achieve partnership in the near future.
