Position: Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

Our client is considered as one of the most influential and forward-thinking consultancies globally. Due to significant project wins they are looking to secure two Senior/Associate Building Surveyors for there London office.

The well-established partnership operates across 120 offices worldwide. They provide a number of services ranging from building Surveying, through to project management, capital allowances, cost management, health & safety services and more.

Due to the calibre of professionals they employ and the quality of service they provide. The business has been able to develop significant relationships with the likes of charitable trusts, developers, governing bodies, high net worth clients, housing associations, and financial institutions.

The role is within a dedicated client facing focused team led by 2 partners. You will be expected to take lead on a number of new and existing initiatives and be seen as your clients trusted advisor. The work will be project focused, so it is imperative that you are capable of dealing with large-scale and complex projects and with a successful track record in delivery.

You will be used to working with multiple stakeholders and ideally have worked with a larger practice where you have internal clients. It is essential that you have some management experience, whether that be managing a small team or mentoring your peers through their APC.
