Graduate Building Surveyor

My client are property specialists operating within Surrey and the surrounding Home Counties. Considered to be industry experts in their field they have an excellent reputation for providing, honest and sound advice to their loyal client base on a variety of property related matters.

They are keen to develop in house a graduate Building Surveyor. You will receive dedicated APC support from the senior management team and full encouragement to move through the process to full MRICS status.

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have immediate involvement with project Management, Feasibility and Cost Planning, Design and Contract Administration, Condition Surveys and strategic life cycle appraisals.

You will have the opportunity to work with clients in Health, residential and commercial sectors which will give you real exposure to the many varied aspects of Surveying.
