• Regional Head of Workplace a will develop and control the European strategy for workplace and support the global Business project, incorporating vision and strategy for the utilisation of Flexible Working Policies
• Implement Flexible Working strategy into the UK & European Metro planning process as well as individual buildings and projects.
• Shape and implement the Europe strategy in detail.
• Work with Global Businesses and Functions based in the UK and Europe to develop regional Workplace strategies and solutions that can be globalised, such that key pilots are likely to happen in the Region. To ensure best practice and implementation plans are appropriately positioned with other Regions to enable them to execute successfully.

Profile

• High degree of expertise and specialist knowledge in relation to the discipline of flexible working solutions and workplace design
• A relevant professional masters degree in the Building industry, ie Surveying, Architectural or Project Management.
• Understanding of process relevant to rolling out both overall programmes for the workplace and also for delivery of individual projects.
• Good understanding of both physical aspects of building and space as well as supporting technology needs required for flexible working.
• Proven track record of delivery of flexible working programmes
• Demonstrated results in delivering material success and results in rolling out workplace programmes within a significant real estate portfolio and across multiple geographies
