Senior Project Manager

Carriera has been retained to secure a  senior project manager for a highly successful property and construction consultancy.

About the client;

The business employs over 500 people, covering 12 offices nationally. The project management team is made up of two partners, two associates, senior project managers, project managers and assistant project managers.

Projects within the team range from anywhere between a few million up to £70 million. The business operates within the education, commercial, residential and rural sectors, carrying out project management, building surveying, fund management and estate management.

About the candidate;

You will have a degree in project management or a construction related subject and ideally be professionally qualified with the RICS (or going through your APC) or another recognised body.

You will be used to leading and successfully delivering mid to high valued projects while receiving occasional support from your senior team members.

You will be presentable, articulate and will have experience in all areas of projects from inception through to completion.
