Associate Quantity Surveyor, South London

An International Consultancy with a family feel aura, are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a successful track record of taking ownership of projects and mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a top 50 practice with an extensive pipeline of projects with the build sector.

Known for their career progression, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be put on the pathway to becoming a Director and Quantity Surveying leader within the company.

The Associate Quantity Surveyors Role

  • Full cost management life cycle
  • Pre and Post contract experience
  • Contract administration
  • Mentor and delegate roles
  • Assist with APC training

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Hold a professional membership
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous PQS/Consultancy experience
  • Successful track record of manging projects
  • Client facing
  • Ambitious
