The portfolio is interesting and varied as most of the properties are parkland estates and other listed buildings. The successful candidate will be expected to provide support to the Estates Management Surveyor and be responsible for preparing minor works projects from inception through to completion, advising of defects and remedial works.

My client is looking for a candidate with a strong technical knowledge and is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS). You must have previous experience in managing projects working in a building surveying role in a multi-disciplinary background. Culturally, we are seeking a candidate with a strong team player attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
