Executive Building Surveyor
London
Due to continued growth, the Building Surveying team of this global consultancy have an opportunity for an Executive level Building Surveyor to join their team in the London office to work on a variety of major commercial projects ranging from large scale refurbishments to one off professional services and TDD instructions.
The initial project you will be assigned on is a £200m commercial development in the City.
The range of services that you would deliver includes:
Project Management of refurbishment and small new build schemes
Design – drafting specifications (NBS)
Compilation of Contract Documentation
Taking client briefs and developing Concept Design’s; Feasibilities;, etc.
Quality monitoring
JCT / NEC Contract administration
Applicants must have a Building Surveying degree, have experience of managing projects, a good understanding of current legislation and Building Regulation, and, ideally be Chartered, MRICS. You will also have experience with NEC contracts.
