This leading commercial real estate services firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor into their expanding Bristol office to be fully engaged in all aspects of commercial Building Surveying, from inception and negotiating scope of services with Clients, to carrying out the required professional services and delivering the project.

Commercial Building Surveying services you will deliver and oversee more junior team members on will include; major acquisition surveys and due diligence investigations on offices, industrial units, and retail properties; construction monitoring on behalf of funders or developers; contract administration of repair, maintenance and refurbishment works on commercial properties (industrial, office and retail); preparation of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules; providing expert advice in all dilapidations matters; party wall related matters and advice.

You will help develop the building surveying team in the region with the support of the business unit Director and play an active part in business development.

There is real scope for progression within the business for an ambitious commercial building surveyor.

The role will be predominantly focussed within the UK although there may also be an opportunity to carry out work in European countries other than UK as and when projects become available.
