Valuation Surveyor

A leading UK Property Consultancy with a multi office network are looking to add a Valuation expert to their existing team. With a high profile and an excellent brand, the business is successful in securing new and exciting portfolio work to add to their already impressive list of client instructions.

As a result of growth within the central region, the Birmingham office are looking to secure an experienced Surveyor to complete Red Book/ Loan Security Valuations, Portfolio Valuations, Appraisals, have the ability to navigate specific software, and understand commercial property of all types.

As part of the wider team, the role involves working with colleagues in some instances and also independently on your own projects, in each case ensuring processes are met.

Understanding the Client requirement is key, as is the ability to communicate with confidence and an awareness of market trends.

The ideal candidate will be 1-4 years RICS, be working for a known Consultancy on a mixture of commercial property, and have the desire to join a dynamic business that offers a clear and rewarding career path.
