Job Details

Well established multi-disciplined property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced chartered building surveyor to join their team in Essex.

Due to recent success our client is looking to add an MRICS qualified building surveyor to join their established team you will get exposure to a wide range of projects and professional services in the education, residential and commercial sectors, our client has also informed us they will look at candidates who are part way through their APC.

Duties of the Chartered Building Surveyor:

  • Undertake Building and condition Surveys
  • Schedules of Dilapidations
  • Schedules of Condition

The ideal Chartered Building Surveyor will be:

  • MRICS qualified or working towards qualification
  • Experienced and confident in inspection and report preparation
  • Experience and interest in historic buildings is desirable
