Building Surveyor

Private Practice Chartered Building Surveyors with a solid client base is growing due to a demand in services and have vacancies for Building Surveyors either Chartered or still on the APC.  

They offer a high quality service dealing with both project and professional services in London and the South East with a number of high value residential blocks in London where they work with the property managers in dealing with block repairs and lessees licences. 

As a company they also undertake penthouse development and project management roles and deal with a range of professional instructions covering areas such as party walls, dilapidations and commercial building surveys.  

For candidates already Chartered you will have a work load ready to start and you will ideally be happy to work autonomously. There are genuine career growth prospects here.

For those still enrolled on the APC they are able to support you through the process but all applicants must have at least 2 years of previous work experience in building surveying to be successful in their application.  The successful candidate will be experienced and enjoy working as part of a small team, hardworking and ready to go above and beyond to deliver the service clients expect. 

You do not have to be chartered, Building Surveying experience is essential and candidates with ambition and drive to help grow the business with the potential for future equity ownership. Hard work will be rewarded!
