Managing Director - Commerial Property

We have recently been retained by a leading online and in-room UK Property Auction House to identify their new Managing Director to lead the further expansion of their Commercial Division. The business operates auctions for both residential and commercial assets through both their traditional in-room or online platforms, the latter of which has had huge success in disposals for sellers and investors looking for transparency and efficiency. The role will involve the continued management and business development of the Commercial in-room offering and the further development and promotion of their advanced online offering.

This is an exciting opportunity to join and lead a business operating in one of the fastest changing prop tech and property investment markets in the UK at the moment.

About the role:

*Managing the Commercial Division of this high growth business

*Developing and further integrating a new platform for the business

*Expanding the business through new commercial opportunities and predicted growth of both platforms

Requirements:

*Experience at operating at board level or above

*15+ years-experience within a property related business

*Preferably experience within auctions with a focus on investment advice

*Have held a director level position with 5 or more direct reports

*Proven track record of developing a relevant department or business within the property industry

*Any exposure to prop tech will be beneficial
