Project Quantity Surveyor, London

A multi-disciplinary Consultancy with a flat, commercial structure is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their hands-on team who work on a wide range of projects.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium size consultancy who were recently ranked in the top 40, UK consultancy list -based on their project portfolio, APC support, and career progression.

Based a short walk from High Holborn station, the successful Quantity Surveyor will join at an exciting time as the consultancy have a diverse and ongoing project portfolio, working with several high-profile clients who the Quantity Surveyor shall often be in contact with.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

With regards to the projects, the successful Quantity Surveyor will initially work a high end residential project plus a £50+ million commercial office. You will also be exposed to numerous leisure, retail, and mixed use schemes.

  • Attend client meetings
  • Pre & Post contract

  • Report to a Director

The Quantity Surveyor

  • 2+ years UK PQS/consultancy experience
  • Able to work on projects with minimal supervision
  • Team player
  • Hands-on

  • RICS accredited degree
