Associate Building Surveyor

A market-leading Commercial Property Consultancy are seeking a commercially-minded Associate Building Surveyor with experience in a client-facing role to help develop their Guildford office.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will carry out a varied traditional building surveying role with a split of projects and professional services and work alongside a long-standing portfolio of clients including London's Estates, Commercial Occupiers and Private Investors.

With visible career progression to Partner, the successful Associate Building Surveyor must be MRICS and ideally based within an hour's commute of Guildford.

The Role of the successful Associate Building Surveyor

  • Planned maintenance
  • Schedules of condition/dilapidations
  • TDD
  • Business development
  • Supporting graduate/assistant surveyors

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor

  • Experience working in a client-facing building surveying role
  • MRICS accredited
  • Private practice/consultancy background
  • Previous experience dealing with Commercial clients
  • Build and maintain long-standing external relationships
  • Act as a vocal point to junior team members
