A privately owned, nationwide Commercial Property Consultancy are seeking a client-facing Building Surveyor with 2+ years industry experience to join their flagship Cambridge office.

This is a balanced project/professional services role meaning the successful Building Surveyor will carry out the full remit of traditional building surveying duties ranging from pre-acquisition surveys to defect diagnosis and preparing specifications.

Offering advice at each stage of the property cycle, this forward-thinking consultancy prioritise employee happiness and personal development.

The Role of the Successful Building Surveyor

• Dilapidations advice - landlord/tenant
• Schedules of condition
• Acquisition surveys
• Defect diagnosis
• Preparing specifications

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be expected to build a portfolio of client relationships both internally and externally.

The Successful Building Surveyor

• 3+ years' experience as a client-facing building surveyor
• MRICS or working towards
• A team player mentality with a willingness to develop and learn new skills
• Client-facing demeanour

In Return, the Successful Building Surveyor

Will receive;

• £35,000 - £45,000
