Quantity Surveyor – SEH Commercial
SEH Commercial is a business with big ambitions. We have grown quickly from a start-up to circa £10m with support from our sister companies who are all part of One Group Construction (OGC). OGC is a vibrant, highly successful group of construction related businesses based in East Anglia but working throughout the UK.
Our commercial fenestration business, SEH Commercial, now needs to build an in-house commercial team to manage the financial and commercial aspects of the whole company. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a growing business with the support of a very strong Group with experts in every field just a phone call away.
The role is based in Ipswich but will involve strong connections with sites to ensure that opportunities and pitfalls are identified early and commercial support is always available for our site teams.
Currently, the majority of the commercial management of our contracts is provided by external QS consultants. We have now out grown that model so it’s time to take control. We need a QS to be part of the team which provides that strong in-house capability to the business.
