Assistant Land Manager

The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Land Buyer to join our growing speculative house building business Cheshire. The principle purpose of the role will be to assist in the identification, negotiation and planning promotion of land and development opportunities (short and long term) for the region. Support and Training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include Assisting in the below:
 Identification of development opportunities
 Collation for information to assess viability
 Market research and initial appraisal work
 Preparation and progression of offers
 Negotiation and working with key stakeholders
 Planning Promotion


The successful candidate will already have some experience in a similar role, ideally working for a house builder or promoter. You shall possess communication, negotiation and research and data analysis skills as well as being proficient in IT and report writing. You will have good attention to details and be able to show tenacity and perseverance. You will ideally be recently qualified or working towards qualifications in a relevant discipline, self motivated and a team player.
